Mr. Khanal is a qualified chartered Accountant from the Institute of   Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2013 & a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He is also a commerce graduate from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He has worked in the Advance Group of companies, a leading cement manufacturing group in Nepal, as C.F.O. for more than 3 years before joining U. V. Associates. He has also worked with a prestigious CA Firm, S.R. Pandey & Co. for two and a half years and was trained in Delhi at J. P. Chawla & Co. for three years. Mr. Khanal is a board member at Nyaya Health Nepal, an internationally recognized hospital operating Bayalpata Hospital, Accham district, and Co-founder and Board member at Miyo Securities Private Limited, a brokerage company licensed by SEBON. His area of expertise includes Corporate Finance, Corporate Taxation, Corporate Laws, Growth & Expansion Strategies, Project Financing, Contract Negotiation and Strategic Alliance, Budgeting and Cost Management, Audit  Assurance & Accounting.
