Mr. Shahi is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2013) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He is also a commerce graduate from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

He completed his Chartered Accountancy training at an associate firm of one of the most prestigious Big Four firms, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), India, where he worked for four and a half years. He has also worked with CSC & Co., Chartered Accountants in Nepal.

After a successful career with leading CA firms, he started his own practice in 2016 with the aim of sharing his experience and expertise. Mr. Shahi is actively involved in providing professional knowledge to youth through various training programs across the country.

His areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Investment Strategy, Corporate Taxation, Corporate Laws, Growth & Expansion Strategies, Project Financing, Process Design and Productivity Improvement, Budgeting and Cost Management, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Formulation, Audit, Assurance, and Accounting.
